“We are pleased to partner with FRCS in their effort to digitize its services to the public. Telecom Fiji has also embarked on its own journey of digital transformation, focusing on automating internal and external processes and operational workflows which will greatly enhance efficiency and make it convenient for customers to deal with us,” said Mr. Charles Goundar, Chief Executive Officer, Telecom Fiji.
“Fiji Revenue and Customs Service is changing its approach to tax administration with the introduction of New Tax Information System (NTIS) which will go live in August 2019. With this system all our services will be online, however in order to access the online services, you will need to update your current information with us. Before we go live, it is important that we verify your information details that is currently captured in our system. If we have correctly captured your information, this will make it much easier for you to access our services, comply with tax laws and for FRCS to provide the necessary advice and support,” Chief Executive Officer Mr. Visvanath Das said.
“Taxpayers can use the MyInfo Portal on our website to update their current details as well. You can update your information through the comfort of your home or office without filling any form or visiting any FRCS office. The MyInfo portal will capture details like your current residential address, phone numbers, email address, nature of your business (if any) and bank account information.
The portal has been developed to encourage taxpayers to register and update their information online. To access this service, you will have to first register yourself by visiting our website.
